Stress...egads, we all hate that word,

The long term effects of stress is an example of the interaction of the body and mind. The important lesson for people who have Fibromyalgia is that stress causes pain and, of course, pain causes stress, so as you can see this is a vicious cycle.

Most importantly:

You are accountable for your life.
Good or bad, successful or unsuccessful, happy or sad, fair or unfair.
YOU own your life. By convincing yourself that you are the victim, you are guaranteed to have NO progress, no healing, and no victory.
Your flight from this will prevent you from taking the bit in your mouth and going to
work on controlling YOUR life. If in any part of your life, you are angry, hurt, or upset in any other way, then you OWN those feelings and are accountable for their presence in your life.
